CONDITIONS: 1. The (1) winner will be drawn 31st of March 2012 and must be a Facebook friend of JMC's. 2. Any entries that have innapropriate content will be deleted and become null and void. 3. One entry per person is permitted. 4. Colours for bass, drum kit & guitar are as seen in competition picture. 5. Winner must pick up prize from Joondalup Music Centre within 14 days of winning. 6. West Australian's only eligible. 7. Employees of Joondalup Music Centre or Joondalup School of Music not eligible for competition. 8. Top Ten finalists will be selected by the employees of Joondalup Music Centre based on the creativity, effort and time spent on entries. 9. Winners will be required to sign a release of liability, and an affidavit of eligibility to verify their eligibility, including, without limitation, their age and residence (collectively, the “Affidavit of Eligibility and Releases”) to receive the prize. 10. The winner must contact Joondalup Music Centre within 48 hours. 11. Winners may not substitute or transfer prize. 12. Prize is not redeemable for cash. 13. By submitting a photo, each Entrant and/or Winner, agrees that the underlying materials are created as a work made for Joondalup Music Centre and transfers all right, title and interest therein to Joondalup Music Centre. 14. Without limiting the foregoing, each Entrant and/or Winner: (a) grants a license to Joondalup Musis Centre and its designees to post the photos and/or use Entrant’s name and any submitted likeness (“Entrant Intellectual Property”) in any manner or media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, including without limitation, (i) on the Website, Joondalup MUsic Centre's website(s) and/or any other web site related to or affiliated with Joondalup Music Centre. 15. Photos submitted by entrants of artists are of their own volition.
